Limber Ladies was created by Exercise Scientist and Rhythmic Gymnast Lauren Skopal who identified that there weren’t many training programs out there designed to suit the female body. After competing in a female-only sport, Lauren’s mission is to share the training techniques that gave her so much success and inspire Women to achieve their best.
